Training, Education & Doctrine Development

APCM COE supports Civil-Military training and education, and assists in the development of doctrine. The Centre has contracted the Noetic Group to determine the type and scope of civil-military training currently undertaken by government agencies, the UN and other Australian organisations.  They will also determine what training should be developed and suggest cost effective strategies for enhancing future training and education available across the civil-military environment.  Training and education activities allow the centre to influence doctrine development.
